A white hare races forward while two dark hounds close the distance. The scene is not a simple chase between predator and prey, but a meditation on fortune itself—the moments when survival depends less on justice than on movement.
The restrained palette and quiet tension resist spectacle. There is no clear villain or hero, only the certainty that life rarely pauses to explain itself.
The title borrows from the medieval hymn to Fortune's turning wheel, reminding us that triumph and loss often arrive without warning or reason.
