However, variations in screen calibration, lighting conditions, framing, texture, scale, color perception, and material characteristics may result in differences between digital images and the physical artwork.

Where applicable, original artworks may be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Loss, destruction, alteration, or transfer of a Certificate of Authenticity may affect future resale, authentication, or return eligibility.

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms including but not limited to Artsy, Artnet, Artsper, Peggy, Instagram, Facebook, and other external services.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or business practices of third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papayon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of artwork.
