Shipping Policy

Thank you for collecting artwork from Papayon.

Each order is prepared individually, and many works are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the nature of fine art handling and exhibition schedules, shipping times may vary.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Please note that certain artworks may be temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment if they are currently on exhibition, on loan, or involved in photography, documentation, or framing processes. In such cases, the buyer will be notified promptly.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.

For orders that do not qualify for complimentary shipping, shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.

Mexico Shipping

Shipping rates to Mexico are calculated based on artwork size, destination, insurance requirements, and carrier availability.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated individually based on destination, dimensions, weight, insurance requirements, and customs regulations.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Shipping Insurance

Whenever possible, original artworks are shipped with tracking and insurance coverage appropriate to the value of the artwork.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for carrier tracking systems to update.

Delivery Delays

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Photographs of the artwork
• Photographs of the packaging
• Your order number

This documentation is required for insurance and carrier claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
