Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must:

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Show no signs of damage, alteration, restoration, framing modifications, or installation-related wear.

  • Include all original documentation, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and accompanying materials.

  • Be securely packaged for return shipment.

Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return request.

Return shipments must not be sent without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong artwork, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The artwork

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will evaluate the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Commissioned or custom-made artworks

  • Personalized works

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.

We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service when returning artwork.

Refunds

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be received in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and any certificates or documentation originally provided with the artwork.
