Point Blank is less about violence than about proximity. The distance between action and restraint. Between anger and consequence. Between the story we tell ourselves and the one that follows.

Part of the ongoing Nemesis exploration, the work returns to objects that carry emotional weight beyond their purpose. Here, the revolver becomes a portrait of tension itself—quiet, direct, and impossible to ignore.

The painting later found its way into a gallery collection and was exhibited during Untitled Houston, adding another chapter to its story beyond the studio.
